12th Annual One-Lunger Vintage Snowmobile Race and the Big Iron Feb. 18

The 12th Annual One-Lunger Vintage Snowmobile Race and the Big Iron snowmobile race will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 10:00AM at Sagebrush Down Racetrack, HWY 352, near Cora, Wyoming. The races are fundraising special events for the Pinedale Snow Explorers Snowmobile Club. 
  Pre-event functions:   Thursday, February 16th: Alpine Assassins Extreme Snowmobile Film Premier of "We Ride"  Pinedale Theater. Doors open at 6:00pm.  Special guests 10 High to open with short films.  
  Friday, February 17th: Pre-event Registration Party with Rocky Mountain Antique Snowmobile Association Vintage Expo. At Stockmans Lounge.  6pm  Midnight. Live music with Green Rivers Punchy Jam Punk band, JUB. Dinner specials and 2 for 1 drink specials 6-7pm.
  RULES:
  One Lunger 100  	1973 or older on VIN 	Engine must match chassis 	Seat, ski, and track changes okay  OEM hard to find 	No Jackshaft 	No Modern skid-frames (suspensions) 	No Factory race sleds 	Hoods must stay on sleds 	Children 12 and under may race a stock 1980 or older twin cylinder up to 300 cc in the One Lunger class 	2 person teams 	One sled per team 	Lemans start 	Grand Prix style track 	100 laps
  Twin Cylinder Class 	All rules the same except  	440 cc limit 	Single pipe 	No aftermarket twin pipes 	2 carbs okay
  Legality of any sled or team will be decided on race day by vote of the racers or officials at the track
  BIG IRON RACE The Big Iron is a "run whatcha brung" race after the One Lunger. Not too many rules- $50.00 entry, Lemans start, any snowmobile, 10 laps on the One Lunger track, winner take all. We usually just meet after the One Lunger race and anyone interested puts money in a hat. Winner takes all the money and the hat.
