New Addiction Medicine Program offered in Pinedale

Sublette County Health is proud to announce the implementation of a new Addiction Medicine Program to be offered at the Pinedale Medical Clinic. This is a program focused on providing treatment options for individuals seeking care related to substance use and addiction. Noah Chutz, PA-C has over six years of experience in providing comprehensive care to help support patients in their journey towards sobriety.
The program aims to make treatment for addiction easy, comfortable, stigma-free and available to anyone struggling to find support. Noah’s training focuses on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, which include the use of medicine that reduces the pain of withdrawals, reduces daily cravings and provides that extra support to remain in recovery. Additionally, they are committed to helping connect individuals to therapeutic services, community support networks and more intensive treatment programming if needed.
This program will be offered every first Wednesday of the month at the Pinedale Medical Clinic. Services will start on Wednesday, Sept 3rd, from 8 am to 5 pm. They will help individuals seeking treatment for alcohol, opiates, stimulants (cocaine/methamphetamines), benzodiazpines and tobacco. Patients should expect to receive the highest level of respect, compassion, and privacy as they entrust Sublette County Health with their treatment plan.
