14.5-mile dehydrated natural gas pipeline proposed in Sublette County
Pinedale Field Office seeks public input
by Bureau of Land Management
December 16, 2010

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office (PFO) is seeking initial public comments on the proposed Enterprise Jonah Gas Gathering Company LLC (EJGGC) 14.5 mile-long, 30-inch dehydrated natural gas pipeline in Sublette County.

Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2011 and be completed in the fall of 2011. The pipeline will run from EJGGC’s Paradise Compressor located on private land north of the New Fork River to the Falcon Compressor located on state land south of Highway 351. Approximately 11 miles of the pipeline would be routed through the Bird Canyon Corridor as designated by the 2008 Record of Decision for the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pinedale Anticline Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Project. The remaining length of the pipeline would follow the corridor designated by the 2000 EIS into the Falcon Compressor. Pipeline segments crossing the New Fork River, Paradise Road, South Boulder Road and Highway 351 will be bored.

Public comments will be accepted from Jan. 3, 2011 until Feb. 1, 2011 and should be mailed or delivered to: Bill Wadsworth, BLM Pinedale Field Office, P.O. Box 768, 1625 W. Pine, Pinedale WY 82941 or emailed to: pinedale_wymail@blm.gov with "EJGGC Pipeline" in the subject line.

Public comments and information submitted regarding this project including names, e-mail addresses and street addresses of the respondents will be available for public review and disclosure at the above address during regular business hours (7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) weekdays, except holidays.

Individual respondents may request confidentiality. If you wish to withhold your name, mailing address or street address from public review or from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, you must state this plainly at the beginning of your written comment. Such requests will be honored to the extent allowed by law. All submissions from organizations or businesses and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses will be made available for public inspection in their entirety.

For more information, please contact Bill Wadsworth at 307-367-5341.
