District Court Judge Dennis Sanderson dismissed the Petition for Writ of Review filed by Paul Rock and Ernie Kawa in the Ninth Judicial District in Sublette County. The lawsuit sought to have the court rule the May 8, 2012 Special Election illegal. The results of that at election reduced the number of county commissioners from 5 members back to 3. The Judge dismissed the petition without prejudice, meaning the petitioners still have the option to file an appeal or other legal action on the issue.
